November - December overview
The Wilmette Tide will be offering supplemental clinics for those that are interested in getting a jump start on their training. During these clinics, we will be working on different things than what we will be working on in the new year. This will be everything from arm strength, more fine tuned mechanics at the plate, defense etc. You can sign up for one or multiple days.
TC Boost (Included in team fee):
Each 60-minute session will cover strength training as well as speed and agility. Players will also be given a workout plan to follow and input data into the TC Boost app to track their progress.

Offensive Clinic
The Tide will be offering once a week training where players will get specific fundamental work on their swings to help be more efficient with their swings and generate more power and consistency at the plate. This program will be run by former pro ball infielder and Wilmette Tide head coach, Drew Thomas.

Defensive Clinic
The Tide will be offering once a week training where players will get specific fundamental work on their groundballs and footwork to help be more efficient when fielding balls and generate more power when throwing and consistency with accuracy. This program will be run by former pro ball infielder and Wilmette Tide head coach, Drew Thomas.

Pitching Program
Players will meet two times a week with a focus on-ramping for the winter workouts as well as tryouts. Each player will be provided with bands and two heavy balls. This is a great opportunity to get your arm ready for the season. This program will be run by former Cubs pitcher, Brian Schlitter and Patrick Lala, former University of Iowa pitcher.
